Lions Club Festival Planning Meetings

Festival meetings will continue through
July on the second Wednesday of each
month at 8 pm at the Lions Grange center.
For those of you that have not been part
of the festival planning in the past, I
highly recommend attending these
meetings. It really helps you to
understand the inner-workings of the
club.
Prizes this year are:
1st Prize: Victory Red Chevy Cobalt
2nd Prize: 19” LCD HGTV
3rd Prize: 4 GB I-Pod Nano
Lion Rick is still looking for a Festival
Theme and Grand Marshall. If you have
any ideas, please let him know.
Thanks to Lion Tony Chitwood who is
our new Parade Organizer/Coordinator.

I-675 Highway Clean-up Day

Thanks to everyone who met at the Lions Grange Center Saturday May 16, 2009 for a fun-filled morning of highway clean-up! SPECIAL THANKS goes out to our illustrious highway clean-up chairman, Lion Ernie Josche for chairing this much needed event. Thanks to all for making our community shine!
